Now Available! Model M3K SCR and Diode Tester |
| Now available is our Model M3K SCR/Diode tester rated to 3,000 volts. It measures reverse and forward leakage currents at voltages up to the SCR's rated capacity. It also measures forward leakage on Diodes. In addition, this tester measures Gate Voltage and Gate Current to Trigger on SCR's and IGBT's as per JEDEC JC22 and RS397. To make observation of the characteristics of the semiconductor easier, an output jack and cable is provided for connecting an "X-Y" oscilloscope translating to the "E-I" characteristics. |
